“Some harvest is not for consumption but for planting.” God provides seed to the sower and bread to the ester” Yes, saints you can declare “I’m a sower and an eater! We’ll keep it sowing, and The Lord will keep it growing and reaping!”
Remember some of your harvest Is not for consumption! This is a profound truth! it’s seed for planting and reaping! God gives seed to the sower. According to 2 Corinthians 9:10 “Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness.”
God gives seed to those who will sow it; that’s His principle. This is reiterated in Isaiah 55:10: “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from Heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater…” A whole different perspective in this verse in Isaiah 55:10 where God causes it to rain on the seed, and that seed grows and feeds the eaters. That same seed continues to give more seed to the sower.
Zechariah 14:17, the Word of God says that on those who do NOT worship, on them there will be no rain. If there is no rain, there will be no harvest and no seed to the sower. Worship produces rain and rain produces harvest and more seed.
Saints, the Bible promise: as a sower, you will also be a reaper! If you don’t sow, you won’t reap. That too is a promise. God has promised that He will give seed to the sower.
Key to know how to sow your seeds in His Word.
1. Main Key: Ask God for seed, then worship, praise and thank Him for that seed! He longs to give you seed to sow. He wants His Kingdom established on this earth in prosperity. He wants YOU to prosper. He wants His Church to prosper. It is our promise. We must realize that it begins with our seed. It begins with our faithfulness to God in our giving. Some harvest is for eating and some is seed for planting. This is such awesome insight, so good and so true!
2. Ask yourself do you desire to harvest in every season of your life? We must recognize this truth: some harvest is for eating and some is for planting. You must determined to plant what needs to be planted. If you don’t, then don’t expect no harvest in the next season.
3. Do you want a continual harvest? You must plant in every season. You cannot plant in one season and skip three seasons. You can’t expect a harvest when you are not sowing seed or planting in every seasons!
Saints, purpose in your heart today to continue to harvest and to continue to plant. As you do, may your harvest be without end!
